Our website does not automatically collect any individually identifiable information, such as email address, etc. from visitors, with the exception of any individual who contacts us via email on this website or its associated ChaverWeb portal.
On this site, you will have the opportunity to update database information, sign up for programs and other events, pay your dues and tuition and make donations. In doing so, you may be asked to provide identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card information, and/or information about your preferences and interests. We may collect information that is not personally identifiable such as the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you use, and the domain name of your internet provider (e.g., Optimum).
How the information is used
Our objective is to only collect information that you willingly and voluntarily provide to us in the course of interacting with this site. We intend to use this information to communicate with you periodically about upcoming PBJC events and programs and to update internal record keeping. We may use it to confirm donations or registrations you have made online through our website.
We do not sell, rent or otherwise share our mailing lists with external organizations. Any personal information you provide to PBJC will not be disseminated to any third party organizations except, on occasion and at our discretion, to the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism in order for them to provide literature and information pertaining to Conservative Judaism.
Refund and Return Policy
Refunds are given at the discretion of the administration and/or Executive Board of Pine Brook Jewish Center.
Should the synagogue cancel an event or class due to weather or low attendance your money will be refunded in full.
There is no refund given for donations to the synagogue.
Pine Brook Jewish Center may change this policy from time to time. If we do so, changes will be reflected on this page.
