In consideration of being allowed to participate in Pickleball at Pine Brook Jewish Center, we release and forever discharge Pine Brook Jewish Center, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, legal representatives, and successors, from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims, and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, including injury resulting in the death of life, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of the participation of all who use the Pickleball court during the reserved time, and notwithstanding that such damage, loss, or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of Pine Brook Jewish Center. We understand that this waiver is given with the express intention of effecting the extinguishment of certain obligations owed to the Pickleball participants by the Pine Brook Jewish Center, and with the intention of binding the participant’s spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns. The participants acknowledge to the Pine Brook Jewish Center that they do not have any physical limitations, medical ailments, or physical or mental disabilities that would limit or prevent the participants from participating in Pickleball. By checking here, participants are acknowledging that they fully understand the risks and claims that the participants are waiving in order to participate in Pickleball at Pine Brook Jewish Center. Participants are freely and voluntarily executing the waiver and participants are forever prevented from suing or otherwise claiming against Pine Brook Jewish Center for any property loss or personal injury that participants may sustain while participating in or preparing for Pickleball.
