Sisterhood Tribute Card Order Form

Sisterhood Tribute Cards can be sent for a variety of occasions including for the celebration of simchas, to express condolences, or just to let someone know that you are thinking of them.

Tribute cards may be sent to synagogue members and non-members, but only members will be listed in the Candlestick. Note: You must submit one form for each card you would like to order.

Tribute cards are $5 each to be sent to domestic mailing addresses and $7 each to be sent to international mailing addresses.
