High Holy Day Parking Information
Parking Information and Special Parking Permit Order Form
We have a limited number of designated parking spaces for the handicapped. Special parking permits will ONLY be provided to PBJC members if they have state-issued parking permits. To avoid the need for a PBJC special parking permit, family members should drop off the disabled person or those who are unable to use the bus.
Except for the five permanent spaces for the handicapped, at 11:00 am the taped-off section for special needs parking will be opened to the general congregation.
APPLICATIONS FOR SPECIAL PARKING PERMITS HAVE CLOSED
Members must display both the PBJC permit and the state-issued handicap parking permit to park in reserved spots.
General Parking Information
- Do not park in the office condominiums located next to the Synagogue (vehicles parked there may be ticketed or towed).
- A school bus will shuttle congregants between the Montville Township High School and PBJC between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 3 (Rosh HaShanah Day 1) and between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 12 (Yom Kippur).
- Drop-off and pick-up is at the main entrance of PBJC. All congregants should follow the instructions of the Montville Police officers. Please enter the parking lot through the entrance that is furthest from the building and leave through the front entrance. Police and security officers will enforce these traffic rules, so please obey them.
